You need:

Long quarters of fabric (non-directional is best for efficient fabric use) or off-cuts, how much depends on how much space you are planning to have between your flags (if any). One long quarter of a 44” wide fabric yields 4.5 flags (9 pieces). Each flag will be about 18-19cm wide;

25mm wide cotton bias binding – How much? That very much depends on how long your bunting is going to be: Measure the width of your space for the bunting, then add some extra so it hangs nicely plus some to make hanging loops, so probably 1m more than the space you are trying to cover.

Vlieseline M12 as interfacing (0.25cm is enough for seven flags, so get half a metre for 14 flags, for example).
