• How quickly do you dispatch orders? – We usually dispatch the next working day after your order arrives in our inbox. Sometimes these times are extended, such as at busy times or during school holidays. Please watch out for any shop annoncements for more information.
  • How long will my fabric take to arrive? – That very much depends on the type of delivery service you choose at checkout. we strongly recommend the 48h tracked service (for UK orders), as this also comes with added insurance on the rare occasion your parcel gets lost. Postage upgrades are also available.
  • What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive? – We always retain a certificate of posting. Royal Mail will declare an item as lost 10 working days after its expected arrival time (so this could be three weeks) for UK orders, 20 working days for international orders.
  • Do you post abroad? – We do indeed, and it’s always a little cause for excitement when we get to post to far-flung places. We post worldwide.
  • What if the fabric I want is out of stock? – You can sign up to be notified when the fabric is back in stock, or simply drop us a line (info@blythandbonnie.co.uk) or call 01361 882116 or text 07766600822 and ask us to check stock levels. It is often difficult to tell when items come back in stock so please bear with us.
  • Can I come and browse the fabrics in person? – You can! We are an online shop but you can come and make an appointment to see the fabrics. We are usually open on a Friday morning but it’s worth checking in with us first.
  • What if I need to return an item? – Please refer to our refund policy.
