We dispatch worldwide, prices start from £12.99 and will depend on where you are and how much you order. If the delivery service you require is not listed at checkout please ask us for a quote. We use a tracked service, please pick the correct service according to how much fabric you are ordering. If in doubt, please contact us. If you have underpaid postage (for international orders) we will either cancel your order or downgrade to a standard delivery service (at our discretion). Please note an untracked service does not come with the same insurance as a tracked service and we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. We can, however, supply you with a certificate of posting for you to put in your own claim for a lost parcel.
We will aim to dispatch your order within one to two working days, however, if some of the products you ordered are on backorder (ie we need to make them) please allow an extra 2-5 working days for your order to be ready to post. Thank you.
We usually post items first thing in the morning, the day after if it was ordered. If you have an urgent project and you would like us to post sooner, please call 0776 6600822 first to see whether wee can post earlier.
Once your package has been handed over to the postal service, things are out of hour hands and please allow 10 working days (for UK orders, five weeks for international orders) from the day after your item was supposed to be delivered for your package to arrive. After that, please contact us and we will send out a replacement (or a refund in the case than an item has become unavailable). Unfortunately we cannot do this before the 10 working day period is up, as Royal Mail will not pay compensation otherwise. Thank you for your understanding.
Postage upgrades (including tracked and insured delivery) are available. Please note that if you choose Special Delivery we will endeavour to shorten our processing times (however, for items on backorder the processing times are longer, see above), but orders placed after midday are unlikely to be with you the next day as we need time to cut, package and get packages to the post office. Please text or call (0776 6600822) if you want a better idea about delivery times.
With a view to saving the planet and to keeping postage costs as low as possible, packaging may be re-used. We usually use plastic-free packaging which can be recycled but will sometimes re-use plastic packaging. Please re-use or recycle at your end. Delivery notes are printed on recycled paper.
If you need to return your item(s) please do so within 14 days. There is a 10% restocking fee for cut fabrics which will be taken off your refund. Please consider ordering fabric samples first to make sure the fabric is suitable for your project. We don’t charge for the samples, just postage. Please also refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for more details.
