As Christmas is fast approaching, we thought that this week’s discount code should apply to all Christmas fabrics – in time for you to make all those gifts, gift bags or decorations for the upcoming season. In our house we have stopped using wrapping paper years ago and we use reusable fabric gift bags instead. It is a bit of an investment to start with but makes wrapping so much easier, and you never run out! A lot of ours are made out of off-cuts or re-purposed materials from elsewhere, there are even some made from an unfinished quilt top found in a charity shop. I also like to use just red and green patterned fabrics, which makes the bags suitable for use at any time of the year, not just at Christmas.

The pattern we use can be found here, this is designed to use a 40cm or 45cm cut of 44″ wide fabric.
